DATA ENCRYPTION PROGRAM

        In this project I attempted to use a object derived from streambuffer object used in STL(  Standart Template Library  ). By the help of this object a standardized API helps encryption or decryption of streams. I used C++ Builder but other platforms or compilers may be used that supports C++ and STL as well.
